Eligibility
We want you to love your htsrose sweater. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Items must be:
Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
With all original tags and packaging attached
Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or signs of wear
Final sale items (marked clearly on the product page) cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Return
Contact us at htsrose@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will provide a return authorization (RA) number and return address.
Pack the items securely and ship them back within 7 days of receiving the RA number.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested size or color is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead. Exchange shipping is free for the first exchange per order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective sweater, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement at no additional cost.
